Corporate Social Responsibility
Our teams are unique in both reflecting and celebrating the cultural diversity of the communities we serve, and include people who themselves have previously been jobseekers on our caseload. Their passion and dedication to the development and regeneration of their own communities is continually enhanced by the many Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities that are part and parcel of our daily operations.
This can take many forms and can include practices adopted in our work environment, providing financial support to employees, individuals and communities the manner in which we purchase goods or other forms of assistance, such as making available our resources and the skills of our staff.
Importantly, in a world where each of us is increasingly aware of the ways that we can make a difference, ESH has adopted formal CSR objectives and actively supports many activities across the communities in which the Group operates.
In doing so, it is our goal that individually and collectively all ESH employees have the opportunity to become actively involved in positively contributing to the lives of individuals and the communities within which we operate.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is about how we act as a Corporate Citizen. ESH has always embraced the need to be a good Corporate Citizen and we are always exploring ways we can address CSR, particularly in areas that relate to the industry in which we all work. However, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is more than supporting good causes. It includes:
